About the Role

This role will be in either the Middle or Senior school and is open to both graduate and experienced teachers to apply.

Key Selection Criteria-

• Understanding and Commitment to Catholic Identity and Mission;
• Current Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) registration (or be eligible for registration);
• A current or be willing to obtain an Accreditation to teach Religious Education Certificate;
• Demonstrated high-level knowledge of Victorian Curriculum and the AITSL standards with best practice, evidence-based approaches to teaching and learning. An understanding of Structured Literacy at the Middle/Senior level would be advantageous.
• Evidence of effective strategies for fostering a safe and positive classroom environment and an ability to form positive connections with the parent community.
• Experience collaborating effectively with colleagues in planning, instruction, and assessment.
