Lead Educational Excellence Across Catholic Education Ballarat
Catholic Education Ballarat is seeking an experienced and values-driven educational leader to join our leadership team as Education Consultant (Primary – Mid-North Zone).
Guided by the DOBCEL Strategy 2035 and our vision of the "fullness of life for all", this senior leadership role provides strategic leadership, support and coaching to Primary School Principals across the Mid-North Zone of the Diocese. The role is critical in strengthening school leadership, enhancing student outcomes, fostering authentic Catholic identity and ensuring every school community thrives.
Reporting to the Deputy Director: Catholic Education, you will work collaboratively with Principals and senior leaders across the system to drive continuous improvement, support effective governance and leadership practices, and contribute to the development of thriving learning communities where students and staff feel safe, valued and connected.
