Key Selection Criteria- 

• Understanding and Commitment to Catholic Identity and Mission;
• A current accreditation to teach Religious Education Certificate or a willingness to obtain;
• Demonstrated high- level knowledge of the Victorian Curriculum and the AITSL standards with best practice, evidence-based approaches to teaching and learning;
• Evidence of effective strategies for fostering a safe and positive classroom environment;
• Experience collaborating effectively with colleagues in planning, instruction, and assessment.
