Diocese of Ballarat Catholic Education Limited (DOBCEL) is seeking a strategic and collaborative Wellbeing Project Delivery Lead to support school communities across Western Victoria.
This role supports the vision and mission of DOBCEL through the provision and coordination of evidence-based wellbeing services within a Multi-Tiered System of Support (MTSS) framework. Working closely with the Leader: Wellbeing and the DOBCEL Wellbeing Team, you will lead and coordinate strategic wellbeing initiatives aligned to DOBCEL Strategy 2035.
A key focus of this position is ensuring equitable access to wellbeing services for students across the Diocese, regardless of location. The role includes cross-school collaboration, stakeholder engagement, and brokering appropriate internal and external supports to strengthen student wellbeing outcomes.

Drive the planning, delivery and evaluation of strategic wellbeing initiatives aligned to DOBCEL Strategy 2035, ensuring measurable impact across the system.
Lead collaborative engagement with schools and key stakeholders to embed consistent, evidence-informed wellbeing practices and improve equitable access to services.
Develop and sustain high-value partnerships with internal teams and external providers to optimise resources and strengthen service delivery models.
Provide strategic oversight of wellbeing frameworks, policy development, service mapping and future-focused initiatives, including the design of a triage approach to support differentiated student needs.
