About the Role
This role will provide a graduate teacher with an exciting opportunity to begin their teaching career in a supportive and collaborative school environment. The successful applicant will be responsible for planning, delivering and evaluating engaging learning experiences that cater to the diverse needs, abilities and interests of students.
Working alongside experienced teachers and school leaders, the graduate teacher will be supported to develop their classroom practice, build positive relationships with students and families, and contribute to the wider life of the school. The role provides opportunities to apply university learning in a practical classroom setting while developing confidence, professional knowledge and effective teaching strategies.

St Brendan's Primary School is located in the rural district of Coragulac. It brings together the families from a variety of different backgrounds inviting them to join together as a community committed to the whole development of children. The School was established in 1899 and was conducted by the Sisters of Mercy. In 1919 the Good Samaritan Sisters began their association with the school which ended when the first lay principal was appointed in 1989.
