Key Selection Criteria

• KSC 1: a commitment to maintaining current VIT registration and holding, or a willingness to gain, Religious Education Accreditation in line with Catholic Education requirements
• KSC 2: an understanding of or is open to working with evidence based teaching practices including explicit direct instruction and how to use such practices to positively impact student learning
• KSC 3: familiarity with or open to working within a Science of Reading and Science of Learning approach
• KSC 4: a commitment to work collegially to enact a shared vision focused on excellence in education and embracing difference
• KSC 5: Demonstrated ability to build strong partnerships with families, parish, and the wider community, and to actively model the school values of Peace, Love and Respect in all interactions
• KSC 6: experience or familiarity with School Wide Positive Behaviour Strategies
• KSC 7: an understanding of the Child Safe Standards
