St Patrick’s Primary School, St Arnaud, is seeking an innovative and collaborative Curriculum Leader to join our leadership team.
This POL 1 leadership role offers an exciting opportunity to shape teaching and learning across our school, ensuring every student experiences high-quality, engaging, and inclusive education.
As our Curriculum Leader, you will:

Lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of the school curriculum in line with best practice and educational standards.

Support and mentor teachers to deliver effective, differentiated, and engaging learning programs.

Analyse student performance data to inform planning, teaching, and targeted interventions.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and professional growth among staff.

Champion innovative teaching approaches and the integration of technology in learning.

About Us
St Patrick's Primary School is a Catholic parish primary school situated in the Central Highlands, a region in the north-west of Victoria. The Sisters of Mercy established and ran the school for many years. Today, the school is in the care of dedicated lay teachers and a supportive parish community.
St Patrick's is an educating community with Christ as its centre point and inspiration, educating for service in faith, hope and love with the teaching and learning programs of the school embedded in the Gospel values. An integral part of our religious education is prayer, reflection, scripture, school masses and liturgies.
