Working collaboratively with schools, the Learning and Teaching Team, and the Leader: Learning and Teaching, this part-time position focuses on improving learning outcomes for culturally and linguistically diverse students.

  • Partner with schools and colleagues to deliver on school improvement goals and high-quality learning outcomes.

  • Promote evidence-informed, inclusive whole-school practices that recognise and celebrate diversity.

  • Provide advice and support on educational planning and decision-making using evidence-based approaches.

  • Assist schools with goal-setting and accountability processes for New Arrival and Refugee funding.

  • Strengthen connections between schools, local agencies, and community organisations that support settlement and inclusion.

About You

  • Demonstrated commitment to Catholic education and the safety and wellbeing of children and young people.

  • Knowledge and understanding of the Victorian Curriculum (EAL) and evidence-based pedagogy.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build collaborative relationships and work in partnership.

  • Solution-focused, professional, and confidential approach to your work.

  • Relevant academic qualifications and current VIT registration.

  • Current Victorian or National Police Check and Victorian Driver’s Licence.

Why Join Us
