ICT Service Desk Officer

Damascus College is seeking a proactive and customer-focused ICT Service Desk Officer to be the first point of contact for technical support across the College. This is a dynamic, hands-on role where no two days are the same, offering variety, challenge and the opportunity to make a real impact.
As ICT Service Desk Officer, you will deliver both Level 1 and Level 2 ICT support, ensuring a responsive and reliable service experience. Working across classrooms, offices and learning spaces, you will play a key role in keeping systems running smoothly and enabling a modern, student-centred technology environment.
This role offers a diverse and hands-on opportunity to deliver frontline ICT support while contributing to continuous improvement, innovation, and a high-quality user experience.
