About the Role

The role will be a full time classroom teacher position working in a collaborative team environment. The year level is yet to be determined. The successful applicant will be given opportunities to grow and develop through professional learning experiences, allowing them to be informed and make decisions to benefit the members of our school community.

  • To provide a commitment to Catholic Education and to the safety, wellbeing and protection of children;
  • To provide students with a rich and engaging educational experience;
  • Ensure the delivery of curriculum that reaches and engages students with a diverse range of educational abilities and backgrounds;
  • Committing to a collegial and collaborative approach to learning and teaching.

Key Selection Criteria:

  • Understanding and Committment to Catholic Identity and Mission;
  • Current Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) registration (or be eligible for registration);
  • A current or be willing to obtain an Accreditation to teach Religious Education Certificate;
  • Evidence of effective strategies for fostering a safe and positive classroom environment;
  • A commitment to collaborating effectively with colleagues in planning, instruction, and assessment;
  • Commit to respecting others and caring for the world that we live in.
