St Alipius Parish Primary School is a Catholic primary school in the city of Ballarat with an enrolment of around 280 students. St Alipius began as a tent school on the Ballarat East goldfields in 1853. From these humble beginnings grew a school recognised for nurturing the growth of children within a warm, welcoming, faith-filled community. We are committed to excellence in educational outcomes; ensuring that people learn together in a safe, respectful environment. Our programs develop students' capacities: to manage themselves as individuals and to understand the world in which they live and act effectively.
