Founded in 1962 by the Sisters of Mercy, St Pius X continues their proud tradition of service, inclusion, and faith in action. Today, the school is part of the Star of the Sea Parish and is a welcoming and vibrant community of around 250 students, supported by a dedicated staff team of 45.

About Us
St Pius X Primary School was opened by the Sisters of Mercy in 1962 and has a current enrollment of approximately 300 students in West Warrnambool, south-west Victoria.
As a Catholic school we are committed to the following gospel values of our faith and tradition: community and openness; love and compassion; faith and justice; dignity and respect.
