We are seeking an experienced and motivated Employee Relations (ER) Advisor to join our People & Culture team commencing January 2026. This role provides expert guidance on all aspects of employee and industrial relations, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and enterprise agreements.
As a trusted advisor to both leaders and staff, the ER Advisor plays a pivotal role in supporting effective performance management, grievance resolution, and disciplinary processes. You will also lead workplace investigations and contribute to building leadership capability through targeted training and coaching.
